Price slashed on Spederline house
Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have slashed the price of their Malibu estate. The seven-bedroom mansion was put on the market in January for $13.5 million, but was dropped to $11.9 million late last week. Spears bought the Serra Retreat property for $6.9 million in 2004.
Ellen’s real estate score
Daytime favorite Ellen Degeneres has listed her four-acre Montecito estate on the market for a cool $24 million – $8.25 million more than she paid for it six months ago, according to the Wall Street Journal. The Mediterranean-style home includes four bedrooms, a wine cellar, a billiards room, a library, office, and art studio. The property also hosts two guest cottages, a tennis court and a pool and spa. Degeneres declined to comment to the Journal on the price boost.
