Mariah Carey has reportedly got married.
Days after the singer sparked engagement rumors when she was pictured wearing a diamond ring, it has now been revealed she tied the knot with rapper
Nick Cannon in the Caribbean.
According to reports, the “ceremony took place at Mariah’s new home in the Bahamas on Wednesday (April 30, 2008).
Mariah’s nephew added fuel to the speculation with messages posted on the social networking website Facebook.
Updates made by Shawn McDonald to his page this week referred to him going to the Bahamas and acting as a witness.

Linda Cannon confirmed the news, telling US TV network E!:
“Nick called us and told us all about it.”
“We are happy for him. If that is what he wants then we are happy for him. I’m not going to give you any details, but we are
happy for him.”
