Pamela to wed for the third time?
Pamela Anderson and boyfriend Rick Salomon have applied for - and were granted - a marriage license in Las Vegas, according to Access Hollywood. “I was told late Saturday night that they filed for a marriage license,” says a source, adding that Anderson - who has been performing with magician Hans Klok in Vegas - and Salomon have been inseparable lately. “Rick is always with her. He’s backstage when she does her show all the time.” According to Access, their Las Vegas affiliate KVBC confirmed that the pair got the license on Saturday. A rep for Anderson had no comment. Earlier this month, the Baywatch alum told Ellen Degeneres she was dating a new mystery man. “I paid off a poker debt with sexual favors, and I fell in love,” she said on Ellen’s show. “It’s so romantic. It’s romance.” Asked about her future plans, she said, “I’m not really engaged. I don’t know what I am. We may never get that far. We’re in love.” Salomon infamously appeared in One Night in Paris with Paris Hilton and is divorced from 90210 star Shannen Doherty.

Lindsay to spend the week with her dad
Lindsay Lohan’s father is heading to Utah next week to spend five days of “quality time” with his troubled daughter - a visit he hopes will help in her battle to stay clean and sober. “We’ve still got a lot of catching up to do,” said Michael Lohan, who reunited with the Mean Girls starlet for two days at the Cirque Lodge earlier this month after a two-year estrangement. This time, Michael will take his daughter from the facility to a remote, undisclosed location in Utah as part of out-patient therapy. “I’m looking forward to spending the next week with her,” he said. “We’ve been in constant phone contact. She’s in a great, great place now. I’ve never heard her so honest, contrite and focused. Lindsay is weeding out all the bad. She’s taking a step back and reevaluating her life. What she tells - her honesty and openness - has brought me to tears. It’s beyond words how proud I am of her,” Lohan Sr. said. Sources says Michael and Lindsay wanted next week’s visit and counselors gave their blessing. “They believe Michael’s the best person for Lindsay to be with now,” one insider revealed. “Not only is he her dad - someone with her best interests at heart - but he’s also someone who successfully turned his life around after battling substance abuse.” Unlike her mother, Lindsay’s dad is not involved in her career.
Another celeb could face jail time
Michelle Rodriguez has failed to fulfill the terms of her probation in a DUI case and may face jail time, the LA City Attorney’s office announced yesterday. “She hasn’t shown proof of completion of her 30 days of community service,” said a city spokesperson. “She could face jail time, but it’s up to the judge.” The City Attorney’s office alleges that Rodriguez turned in a false document showing that she’d completed one day of service on September 25, court filings show. However, the actress later stated that she was in New York on that date. On Friday afternoon, Rodriguez arrived at the court for a hearing on the matter, looking somber and accompanied by her lawyer, who successfully asked the judge to postpone Friday’s hearing to Oct. 12. Rodriguez was scolded by the Superior Court judge, who ordered her to complete two days of road cleanup duty for the California Department of Transportation. Outside the court, the Lost alum’s attorney said, “We believe this is all due to a clerical error. My client did complete the full 30 days.” In May 2006, Rodriguez served only four hours and 20 minutes of a two month sentence at the Lynwood, California, jail for violating probation stemming from a DUI arrest in Hawaii.

The Los Angeles County City Attorney’s Office cited the 24 star with one count of driving under the influence and one count of driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or above, and also asked that his 2004 probation be revoked. Sutherland will be arraigned on October 16 - in front of the same judge that presided over Paris Hilton’s case. If convicted, the actor could face a maximum sentence of a year and a half in jail.
