Diddy Gets Sued

According to TMZ, Sean Combs aka Diddy is being sued by Gerald Rechnitzer. On 3/2/07, Rechnitzer filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court seeking unspecified compensatory and punitive damages. Previously, Rechnitzer alleged that Diddy assaulted him at Roosevelt Hotel’s post-Oscar party. At this time, LAPD is still investigating the allegations against Combs. However, Diddy’s representative suggests “these claims are completely false and ridiculous. It is pitiful that Mr. Rechnitzer is stooping so low to prey on Mr. Combs celebrity. Mr. Combs will not stand for such ludicrous accusations”.
