Trimspa & Anna Sued

According to TMZ, Janet Luna is suing TRIMSPA and Anna Nicole Smith because she claims that the diet product is bogus; court documents revealed that Luna is alleging TRIMSPA X32 advertising is “false or misleading.” It was later revealed that Janet Luna is a minor and the suit was filed on her behalf by her legal guardian, Myra Luna.
