Paris Hilton has finally been officially acknowleged as the most overrated celebrity on the planet by the Guiness Book of World Records. The socialite has topped more lists than anyone else in magazine polls where readers have named her as their least favorite and most overrated celeb, which earned her the Guiness World Record title.
