Paris Hilton says she’s “working” when she goes out partying at trendy clubs and events. “If you see pictures of me out I’m being paid,” the socialite says. “When I turn up at an event it is work. People don’t think I’m shy but I am. When the cameras are on and they are taking pictures then it’s my job.”
