Kate Hudson won her libel case against the National Enquirer, who has apologized for claiming the actress was “way too thin” and looked “like skin and bones.” The publisher of the rag has agreed to pay an undisclosed amount in damages for the article, which claimed that she had “recklessly and foolishly endangered her health.” Hudson issued a statement about the case, saying, “The allegations I sued over were blatantly false, and I felt I had no choice but to set the record straight by challenging them in court.”
