Julia’s green gig

Julia Roberts has a new gig – as spokesperson for a renewable energy company. One of her first jobs for Earth Biofuels is to campaign to get schoolbuses in the U.S. to make the switch to biodiesel. “The use of biodiesel is a positive step toward minimizing pollutive emissions and greenhouse gases,” the Pretty Woman actress said. “By focusing on schoolbuses, we can affect the health and well-being of the people most susceptible to that pollution – our children – today… It’s very important that we expand our use of clean energy and make a long-term commitment to it.”
