Mandy offers refunds

Mandy Moore, seen here on the Craig Ferguson show last week, admitted in a recent radio interview that her first album “sucked,” and has offered anyone who bought it a refund. A sidekick on the radio show took her up on her offer, and was sent a letter by Moore’s manager - along with an $8 refund.
