Lindsay dropped from Louis Vuitton ads
April 10, 2006 · Filed Under General

Lindsay Lohan has been dropped from a potential Louis Vuitton campaign, because the French designer decided she is “too American” for the label’s global image. Even her friendship with Vuitton designer Marc Jacobs couldn’t help her land the gig. “Marc is great mates with Lindsay and she loves his clothes so it was no surprise rumors were flying that he was pushing his French bosses to get her to star in their campaign. But they thought Lindsay was too American for their global brand,” a source told a British newspaper. Naomi Campbell will reportedly star in the campaign.
